Client Service Agreement
Please review these terms carefully before engaging our luxury travel services
1. Parties
This agreement is entered into between:

2. Services Provided
The agency agrees to provide the following services as selected by client:
- Flight reservation (including seat selection & online check-in)
- Cruise booking
- Visa application assistance (including proxy submissions)
- Hotel reservations & transfers
- Custom itinerary planning
- Luxury experience bookings
Specific services will be detailed in your personalized itinerary proposal.

Handle personal data in compliance with privacy laws and our privacy policy
5. Payment Terms
Our payment policies are designed to secure your luxury travel experiences:
Deposit Requirement
All services require a deposit before bookings are confirmed. The amount varies based on the total package cost and supplier requirements.
Final Payment
Full payment must be received at least 60 days prior to travel, unless otherwise specified for certain cruises or peak season travel.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods. All transactions are processed securely.
Important Notice
Failure to make payments by the due dates may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of deposits.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while accounting for supplier policies:

Airline, cruise, or hotel cancellation policies apply in addition to the Agency's service fees.
Non-Refundable Services
Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable once processing has begun.
Cancellation Procedure
The client must notify the Agency of cancellations in writing. The cancellation date will be based on when written notice is received.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances.
7. Liability
Understanding our role and responsibilities:
Intermediary Role
The Agency acts as an intermediary between client and travel services providers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc.).
Third-Party Limitations
The Agency is not liable for delays, cancellations or changes caused by airlines, hotels, visa authorities, or other third parties.
Travel Documentation
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have proper documentation (passports, visas, health certificates) for travel.
8. Confidentiality
We take your privacy seriously:
All personal information shared by the client will be kept strictly confidential and used only for travel arrangements as detailed in our comprehensive Privacy Policy.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the unlikely event of a disagreement:
Amicable Resolution
Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussions between both parties.
Formal Process
If unresolved amicably, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the location where DM Luxe Voyages is registered.
